Who We Are

 MEDRAD®, a rapidly growing medical products company, was looking for a way to capture and share its friendly, team spirit with all employees.  Panta Rhei videotaped brief interviews with over 40 employees in three locations. From the founder and CEO to assembly line workers and accountants, each shared their perspective on the company. Who We Are is a moving, grass roots affirmation of their mission and values which became the centerpiece of their 2008 All Employee Meeting.

Later that same year, MEDRAD® purchased Possis®, a medical device company in Minneapolis.  To illustrate the similarity between the two Company cultures and to create a sense of identity for a new CV Division, Panta Rhei created another edition of Who We Are which features employees from Minnesota, Pennsylvania and The Netherlands.
